Went shopping in Torrent this morning on the lookout for Speed Bike Torrent http://speedbiketorrent.com after coffee and a hoof around we found it reasonable easily. Got a couple of spokes for Flo's MTB and I purchased a shorter (10cm) Syncros stem to fine tune my position on BC.

We then did the necessary food shopping Aldi, Family Food and finally Decathlon. A bit of R&R in McDonalds and back home.
